3. Provide information on any listing you choose within our local real estate board.

4. Explain local real estate conditions, procedures, and documentation require-ments.

5. Assist in arranging mortgage financing.

6. Assist you in selling your existing property through our referral system.

7. Assist you in preparing all paperwork pertaining to the purchase of your new home (including the Offer to Purchase).

8. Promptly present all offers to the sellers or their designated representative.

9. Monitor all closing activities once your offer has been accepted.

10. Provide weekly reports of new choices in properties coming onto the market.
